• French Toast

4 loaves homemade bread, 1/2-3/4 inch thick sliced
    8 eggs
    4 cups milk
    1 T sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp Nutmeg

Beat the eggs, mil and remaining ingredients. Dip slices of bread into this mixture and fry in a little hot fat until a delicate brown.

Cool. Flash Freeze prior to vacuum sealing, or wrap in saran wrap and toss into freezer.

For a quick breakfast, pop 2 in the toaster and serve with butter and maple syrup.

Spread them out on a cookie sheet or tray and put in the freezer for about an hour or until frozen. Then you put your frozen foods into a freezer container or bags for longer freezer storage. Hope that helps.

I make these when school starts back every year for my grand nephews. Their parents work and it helps them also.
