I am looking for really inexpensive meals to make. They need also be
healthy and contain at least 1 serving vegetable, protein and
starch/grain per person.
My healthiest and least expensive meal is vegetable stir fry over rice
and egg drop soup. I can always find a 16 ounce bag of mixed
vegetables for $1, old fashion long cooking rice is .69 a pound and
eggs are around $1.70 a dozen, so per serving it is less than .50 each.
Any other ideas?
