    Pineapple-Coconut Cake in a Mug

    8 (1 1/2 to 2 cup) microwave-safe mugs
1 (18.25 ounce) box pineapple cake mix
1 small box coconut instant pudding mix
    1 heaping tablespoon coconut

Combine cake mix and pudding mix and measure 1/2 cup of mix into a small zip-type bag. Label as "Cake Mix." Put coconut flakes into a separate small zip-type bag.

    Glaze Mix:

    1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla powder

Place into a small zip-type plastic bag. Label as "Glaze Mix." Attach to the cake mix bag with a twist tie.

    Place into a 1 1/2 to 2 cup microwave-safe mug.

NOTE: The Glaze Mix ingredients are for 1 cake, so you will have to make a batch for each mug you are giving.
