Raisin Crunch Cookie Mix in a Jar

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1 1/4 cups packed flaked coconut
1 cup crushed cornflakes
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup quick oats
1 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder

Combine all ingredients in Jar (in Layers) Or vacuum seal bag.

Attach Tag:
1 Jar Cookie Mix
1 c. softened butter
1 egg slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all in good size bowl & mix well. Drop by big spoonfuls on greased baking sheets & Bake in 350 F oven for 12-14 minutes.
