I used to work there too, and yes the hot sauce is Frank's Red Hot (original). The thing that might be throwing you off, however, is that their wings come already with a standard BBQ sauce on them before they even arrive at each location. So the wings are then baked in the oven and they add the hot sauce after they're cooked (same goes for the honey garlic flavour added at the end). Unfortunately I have no idea what that base sauce consists of, but if you ever order Domino's plain/BBQ flavoured wings and that might be a way to determine the base flavours you can add at the beginning.
