Fatz Calabash Chicken Breading
The chicken strips are marinated overnight in buttermilk, salt and pepper, then rolled in flour seasoned with more salt and pepper and deep fried.

Do you know about how much salt & pepper is used in the marinade & the flour mixtures? Also, do they not use egg? How long do you fry them? Thanks so much! I just want to make sure I get it perfect because this is one of my hubbies favorites!!! We don't have a Fatz any where near us, so I would love to surprise him with this!!! Thanks sooooooooo much!!!!
