Do you know about how much salt & pepper is used in the marinade & the flour mixtures? Also, do they not use egg? How long do you fry them? Thanks so much! I just want to make sure I get it perfect because this is one of my hubbies favorites!!! We don't have a Fatz any where near us, so I would love to surprise him with this!!!
