LEMON GELATIN MIX

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 C. lemonade crystals

Combine unflavored gelatin and lemonade crystals.

To use, put Lemon Gelatin Mix in 1 cup cold water and allow mixture to
soften for 5 minutes. Stir in 1 cup boiling water. Pour into a mold. Chill
until firm enough to unmold. Serves 4.
