HI Liss, just finished reading how to feed a family of 4 for less than 200. I found it a great read and am looking forward to reading the updated version. I can't wait to dig out my own recipes to add. I personally have Ben buying large packs of meat monthly such as pork loin for 15-25for 10lbs. Off course I prefer the sale price but can get 12 pork chops 4 bags of cubed and 2 nice roast. I do the same with ground beef. I am anxious to get started on using the digestion I learn hear as well.

Hi Liss, I'm new here and trying to download the Weekly Menu Planner but everytime I try to download it it takes me to the This Weeks Meals one instead. I'm interested in the Weekly Menu Planner with B,L,D, Snacks and Alternative Meal Plan. Could you point me in the right direction?

I've been searching for your Green Tomato Jam Recipe, but can't seem to find it...would love to try it!

Am curious where my messages are heading. I sent about four to five messages today and none have shown up. I wrote two messages about cheap eats and one detailed an inexpensive dinner I prepared tonight. I gave a price break down for tonight's dinner showing the dinner was around $2.12 per person.

Hey Liss. I've been with you for a while now.( several years now maybe)? I don't post much though. I just wanted to stop a minute and let you know that I really appreciate this site. I have won gift certificates,received loads of free samples. I have used recipes and found fun free things to do with my family,because of this site.
