    Oh my gosh, mos this was so delicious. I made a few modifications with the veggies. Thank you for a super recipe. My dh will love it when he gets home.

    Ahem...as I said before...I'm still waiting on taste tests... My peeps love it and for what it's worth, like MrsPaws, I've used it with leftover roasted chicken AND pork roast. Anyone try it with turkey besides me?!
