Sorry I am late with this answer but here goes-
      ham slices for sandwiches
      ham, cheese, and potato bake
      ham croquettes
      ham breakfast strata
ham and beans in the crockpot
      ham in salads
The only thing that gets thrown out is the bone after making the ham and beans and the layer of fat around the edge. And the dog would appreciate the bone.

I'm late on this too, but maybe for the next ham purchase here are some more ideas...

Omelets with ham and spinach or broccoli and cheese
quiche with ham and cheese (also good with broccoli, spinach or zucchini) "
I freeze the meaty bone until cooler and make pea soup or bean soup (Then I give the bone to the dog-it's amazing how much meat will come off that bone in soup)
Ham is very good in pasta with Alfredo sauce, I usually add slightly undercooked zucchini or spinach to this
Grilled cheese with ham melts, just like grilled cheese only add ham
Chicken cordon blue- (the quick version)I dip the split, boneless, skinless chicken breasts in egg and then bread crumbs and grated parmesan cheese, I cook these in a pan with some olive oil refrigerate overnight, make a slit and stuff with ham and cheese
