    • Basic Coffee Scrub Recipe

Another lovely natural exfoliant, coffee has been said to reduce both cellulite and varicose veins. This particular scrub is gentle enough to use on the face.

      • 2 cups coffee grounds
      • 1/2 cup raw sugar or sea salt
      • 2/3 tablespoon almond oil (or other light oil, such as grapeseed or jojoba)

      For those
that are frugally inclined, you can reuse your coffee grounds (warm, and within 20 minutes of brewing a pot of coffee). Any longer and you lose the beneficial nutrients.

To use, dampen skin, apply and rub in a circular motion (gently), rinse well.

Please do not use flavored coffee grounds.
