 This has always been a hit w/ kids & adults!

You will need:
*Pickles or cucumbers
*Cream cheese
*Sliced ham (I have used basic sandwich ham but I've found that thicker, hand sliced into strips are easier)

There are 2 ways to make this!

Recipe 1:

*Slice pickle or cucumber into bite rounds.
*Spread cream cheese ON TOP/ON THE FACE of the round & wrap a slice of ham around it.
*OPTIONAL: stick toothpick in the middle.

Recipe 2:
*Slice pickle or cucumber into bite rounds.
*Spread cream cheese AROUND the THIN SIDES only & wrap ham the same way around, sticking it to the cream cheese OR spread the cream cheese on the ham first and THEN wrap onto the slice.
*OPTIONAL: stick toothpick in the middle.
