This is called in-toeing. Most toddlers toe-in or -out because of a slight rotation, or twist, of the upper or lower leg bones. Most little ones grow out of this as they learn to walk because the muscles strengthen and straighten naturally. In-toeing can also be caused by metatarsus adductus, which is a curvature of the foot that causes toes to point inward. Generally speaking you can look for this yourself when you look at the soles of your baby's feet. They will curve toward each other like two half-moons. Don't worry about this either, most kids grow out of this naturally during their toddler years.

Basically, put some decent shoes on her, not wally-world or payless shoes and hold her hands while she walks to get used to having the pressure on her feet and feeling them- and of course, check with your pediatrician to see if there are any underlying issues.
