Wallpaper Cleaner Recipe
2 cups flour
1 1/4 cups water
4 teaspoons baking soda
2 1/2 tablespoons ammonia
Combine ingredients in a double boiler (place at least 2 cups of water in the bottom pan).
Bring to a boil, cook for 90 minutes on low. Cook.
To Use: Rub soiled surface gently, brush off.
