1/4 tsp cinnamon oil
1/4 tsp clove oil
1 tsp ground sage
1/4 cup arrowroot
1/4 cup powdered orris root
1/4 cup water
Combine all ingredients except water in a small bowl, stirring well. Slowly add water, forming a paste, until the toothpaste is at the consistency you prefer.~Liss~

Re: Make your own Cinnamon Toothpaste Recipe
This recipe sounds great! I've not been happy with homemade toothpastes made with baking soda because of the taste. The addition of cinnamon oil will definitely made a positive difference. While I've been happy with our Indianapolis dentists, I would be happier to have a home remedy for tooth care to tell them about next time I visit!
