Facial Masks
Facial Masks
Oatmeal - Use old fashioned oats (avoid the sugared instant) and mix with enough water to make a thick paste. Spread on your face and let dry. If it's too dry to spread, add a little more water. Once dry, wash off with water.
Milk & Honey - Mix 2 tablespoons of honey with 2 teaspoons of milk. Mix thoroughly. Spread on your face. Allow to dry for 10 minutes then wash off with water.
Fruit Spread - Mash 1 banana. Add 1 tablespoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of orange juice. Mix thoroughly. Spread on your face. Allow to dry for 10 minutes then wash off with water.
Avocado - Take one avocado. Mash and mix in enough milk to make a paste that can be spread. Apply to your face and allow to dry for 10 minutes. Wash off with water.
