Madam Hootch's Crazy Cake Mix
(She is the Quidditch Instructor)
Layer the following in a Jar:
2 cups flour
2/3 cup cocoa powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1-1/3 cups sugar
Attach Card:
Crazeee Cake
Pour Jar into a 9x13 cake pan,. Add 3/4 cup vegetable oil, 2 teaspoons white
vinegar, 1 teaspoon vanilla & 2 cups water. Use a wire whisk & Blend well. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35 minutes.
Cool cake completely before frosting or sprinkling with powdered (confectioners) sugar.
