    • Molasses Popcorn Balls

      Molasses Popcorn Balls


      1 cup molasses
      2 Tbsp. butter
      1/2 cup sugar
      1/2 cup corn, popped
      1 cup toasted chopped walnuts

      In a heavy saucepan put the molasses, butter and sugar. Cook over a moderate heat to 280 degrees on a candy thermometer. Pour over the corn and walnuts. Shape into balls

      You can't go wrong buying from a real butcher. Know your butcher well and get to know where he buys his meat. Meat raised without growth hormones and antibiotics is sooo much better!
