3 qts popped popcorn (no kernels)
2 c pecan halves
1/2 c butter
1/2 c honey
1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine popcorn and nuts in large heat-proof bowl; set aside.
Combine butter, honey and vanilla in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until

Divide mixture and place on 2 baking sheets.
Bake 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until light golden brown.
