Round Steak sliced into strips for faster cooking
flour for dredging
salt and pepper
garlic powder
1 t dry mustard
onion...1 large sliced
2 jars of chili sauce
Dredge meat strips in flour mixed with salt, pepper and garlic powder
Set aside
Saute onion slices in small amount of oil then remove from pan and set aside
Add meat strips to pan and brown on both sides til golden brown
Add onions back to pan
Pour in chili sauce then add water to empty chili bottle enough to fill half way and add to pan
Add dry mustard
Simmer til meat is tender, watching closely so as not to burn. Serve with mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
