Does anyone have a way to jazz up chicken and noodles?
I am looking for a way to make chicken and noodles that has some flavor. Just adding pepper is not helping. It always seems so bland and am looking for some ways to turn up the flavor.
Thanks a bunch

Hi, Have you tried this recipe: http://www.budget101.com/blogs/liss/...ts-dinner.html
It's super easy, super cheap and delicious.

I like to add a variety of frozen veggies and campbells cheddar cheese soup. I try different veggies and different cream soups, and lots and lots of garlic.

You can add other spices and seasonings (poultry seasoning) when cooking, also putting salsa on top when serving gives more flavor. Thanks; Virginia

You could try different sauces or ways to present the meal.
Like try a carbonara sauce one night, then do a chicken Parmesan served on top of the noodles the next. Some other ideas include: chicken noodle soup (homemade bread is great with this), chicken sandwiches/burgers with a pasta salad, cheesy chicken stuffed shells with sauce, chicken bake (noodles, chicken, sauce baked in the oven), cheese ravioli with grilled chicken and alfredo, Chicken strip tacos with pasta salad, lasagna roll up (place chicken strip in the middle and roll a lasagna noodle around it then cook in a cheesy tomato sauce), etc.
I also enjoy checking out the Campbells website for great recipes that use chicken and noodles...or use noodles in a side dish and I add chicken to it to make it a main meal. Hope that helps!

add a can of apricot halves, undrained. mix 1 tsp corn starch with 2 tsp cold water and add to the chicken, noodles, and apricots. mix it around well and bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly all around.
