      Talking Freezer Cooking this weekend!!

Whew!! I am pooped. I made a triple batch of pork barbeque for sandwiches, 4 pans of lasagna, and 3 meatloafs for my freezer. That was in addition to organizing my fridge, freezer, and shopping for the week!! I also did a lot of little food projects such as croutons, fresh bread crumbs, chopped veggies for the freezer, etc.

My freezer is packed... Yea me!!!

It really does. I am just thankful to have that much food during these hard times. It makes it very easy to bless someone when they need it.

      Thumbs up

      Shelly,

I can understand that you are pooped, a busy women you were. But it does pay off in the end. Good for you & the family!

I haven't made homemade croutons & fresh bread crumbs in a long time----seems like I never get any older bread here at the house anymore.
