1 small pkg orange Jello
1 cup sour cream
8 oz Cool Whip
1 can mandarin oranges-well drained

1. Mix Jello packet with sour cream. Add vanilla; mix well.
Fold in Cool Whip.
2. Layer fruit and Jello mixture in dessert or parfaits dishes.
Chill. Serve cold when set.
