Thread: Strawberry-Banana Jello Parfait

1 pkg strawberry banana Jello
1 cup sour cream
8 oz Cool Whip
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups fresh strawberries-hulled and sliced
2 bananas-peeled and sliced

1. Mix the Jello packet with sour cream. Add vanilla and mix well.
2. Fold in Cool Whip. Layer fruit and Jello mix in dessert or parfait dishes.
3. Chill. Serve cold when set.

I haven't tried the light sour cream yet, but I bought one just for trying this. lol Oh, and I used the sugar free Jello.
