      Default Skillet Peach Cake

      1/4 cup + 1 tbsp butter-separated
      3/4 cup brown sugar
      1 cup choice of chopped nuts
      1 cup sliced peaches
      2 eggs-beaten
      1/4 tsp salt
      1 cup sugar
      1/2 cup milk
      1 cup SR flour
      1 tsp vanilla

      1. Melt 1/4 cup butter in 9 inch oven proof skillet.(A well seasoned Iron skillet works great). Add brown sugar and nuts; stir. Arrange sliced peaches evenly in mixture.
      2. In a bowl, beat eggs. Gradually add salt, sugar, milk, remaining 1 tbsp butter, and vanilla and mix well.
      3. Blend in flour. Pour batter over fruit mix in skillet. Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes.
      Serve upside down with fresh whipped cream or ice cream.
