    • Peppermint Salt Foot Scrub

Create your own soothing Peppermint Sea Salt Foot Scrub for an invigorating home spa treatment! Pamper yourself without having to leave the comfort of your own home. . .

      You'll Need:
1 1/2 cups fine sea salt
      1/3 cup olive oil
      3 drops peppermint essential oil

Exfoliate your soles and heels with this mixture after a bath or foot soak.

Combine all in a small bowl, blending well.

How to Use a Body Scrub:

      1. Sit on the edge of a tub and moisten the area you wish to scrub.
      2. Place a tablespoon or so of the body scrub in the palm and gently work each area for approximately 1 minute. If you work too quickly you won't properly exfoliate.
      3. Be sure not to scour too hard or too long.
      4. If you want baby smooth skin, exfoliate once weekly.
      5. Body scrubs should never be used on the face.

Thanks for this information. This annoys me also. Since I only have a notebook, it also either delays loading page or freezes computer. Thanks again.

I have cut the top off of a tissue box to store milk storage bags in the fridge. Outside I have used a mailbox to put items I need for gardening. I have used an oat meal container to put my sons hot...

      DIY Belt Organizer

I was tired of my husbands belts always being draped over the bar in the closet and I came across this simple tip. Just take some small c-hook screws and screw them into a wooden coat-hanger. (All of...
