    • Eucalyptus detox bath for Congestion Relief

      This simple recipe works great for relieving sinus congestion while also relieving body aches and pains brought on by colds and flu.

      You'll Need:

      • 2 cups Epsom salts
      • 10 drops of eucalyptus essential oil


      In a small bowl, combine the ingredients and allow to while you draw a hot bath. Pour the mixture into your warm/hot bath water and soak!

      The eucalyptus works well to help relieve sinus congestion.
