This past week was a total disaster. I've been sick and didn't have the energy or the desire to tackle the menu or cooking thing. It was a 'fend for yourself' kind of week. :-/

Monday --Cold snapper mold (leftover from Saturday)
Tuesday -- Quenelles superior with pasta (leftovers brought home from dinner with friends; see note below)
Wednesday -- Chicken breasts and artichokes in champagne sauce and mashe
