I found my chin again

I have a divet in the middle of my chin that goes away when I get to be a certain weight. This morning, I looked in the mirror, and there it was! Yay!
I've lost 13.4 lb so far on the South Beach diet. I am loving the foods I'm eating (for lunch today I'm having turkey smoked sausage sauteed in olive oil with broccoli, garlic, and sliced tomatoes, with a sprinkling of oregano and romano cheese -- who could beat that?)
My first goal is to lose 20 lb. I think I can do that before June 15th - I have only 6.6 more lb to lose in order to reach that goal.
I am very happy with the way I feel and the weight I'm losing. In the past I have struggled to lose weight using weight watchers, slim fast, and other diets that rely heavily on carbs. South Beach isn't a low carb diet. It's a RIGHT CARB diet, and it's gotten me to lose over 13 lb in under a month. No complaints here.
