Exercise is supposed to energize me, not make me want to sleep. But, it does. It makes me want to take a nap when I get home from the gym.
I am going again tomorrow. Think I will hop on a recumbant bike or an elliptical machine.
Maybe it'e the type of excercise you do. Does your gym offer classes. I've recently started Zumba classes. I feel so energized after an hour of cardio workout to latin music. Keep it up though!
