I have a really bad habit. When I get mad, I tend to destroy stuff around me, usually my stuffs. This time, it is my laptop. OUCH. I get mad and throw my laptop and now the screen is broken. At least that what I thought. Not sure how to fix it.
So for now, I have to use computer at school.
Wow, sounds like your very angry. I use to workout to release my pent up energy...maybe that would help.
I'm the same way except towards meaningless stuff... I tore all the hair off a cell phone charm I've had before due to my anxiety. It helps if you can find something to occupy your hands with.
