Now a days the prizes aren't as cool BUT when I was 8, my mom had enough for a gameboy pocket. When they sent it it even came with Pokemon Blue! It was one of the most awesome things I've ever gotten.

It makes me wish Kool Aid had better things again...

    Thanks for making me feel ancient! Just kidding. My childhood memory of a mail-in was a WinkyDink magic TV screen(heavy plastic) and WinkyDink crayons. Cost a quarter and couldn't believe Mama would waste a whole quarter plus postage to get it for me. Winky Dink would draw on TV and you would trace the lines to get a magic pic. Early 1950s. Now that I think about it, it was probably one of the first interactive TV toys made! Now that thought really made me feel old!
