Almost Sauté Express

Each pre-measured square (½ oz/1 T) cooks 2 chicken breasts, 2 pork chops or 2 fish fillets.

Combine 4 T unsalted butter with 4 T olive oil. Add garlic, herbs, spices, pepper, salt and lemon. Press into cubes. Keep refrigerated. Use as needed. Makes 8 squares.

Italian Herb: Butter, Olive Oil, Dried vegetable base with water, Salt, Red Bell Pepper, chopped garlic, chopped onion, Marjoram, Thyme, Rosemary, Savory, Sage, Oregano, Basil.

Garlic and Herb: Butter, Olive Oil, Garlic Juice, Dried Onion, Dried Garlic, Tumeric, Salt, Sesame Oil, Canola Oil, Parsley.

Savory Butter & Olive Oil: Butter, Vegetable base with water, Dried Onion, Dried Garlic, Turmeric, Olive Oil, Salt.

Lemon & Pepper: Butter, Sugar, Olive Oil, Salt, Water, Lemon zest, Black Pepper, Chopped Onion, Chopped Garlic.
