Six roses, Subway and Sam Cooke.

Rate this Entry
Yep! It's our anniversary!
Don't think I was heartbroke either when husband came home early due to rain. He got the roses and food ( what else besides Subway Spicey Italian will do?) I sang him some Sam Cooke, Nothing could change this love( we both cried) and passed the time... Talking... Yea, we talked.
Soon the boy's will be home and the real world will set in. Homework, arguments and canIhave's.
But I know from experience that this too is a blessing. I've already raised one who is 26. It's over all to soon! So I welcome my little rats home and all the messes, questions and child energy they bring with them. Because, I know one day, it will be just me and the husband remembering the years we spent together raising the boy's.
What are some of you best Anniversary memories?
Do you remember special anniversaries with your parents?
Do you know that old Sam Cooke song? (By the way, I did say Man of my dreams)!
