Working on Perfecting recipes...

I've been more in the mood for baking and cooking more complex things... Recently I've been huge on making things with flour. I've been making a lot of tortillas as well as pizza crusts (They're pretty close because I don't use Yeast in my crusts) from scratch. But I've found that its much easier to figure out what's needed without the use of EXACT Measurements. At least for myself, I prefer to figure things out by sight and touch rather than measuring everything out.
But there is downfalls to that, which are things like inconsistency in cooking times as well as sometimes having a flub (Adding too much salt to the point where it ruins the food). I'm not entirely sure why I'd rather use my hands to mix and blend (More solid recipes) rather than taking out the beaters... I kinda wonder if I just don't want to add more dishes subconsciously or just realize I won't have those tools available to me all the time, so its easier to work without them.
I've also tried making a tart without any recipe to really go on... To be honest it wasn't bad, it just needed a lot of refinement outside of the crust. I'll probably post recipes with more exact measurements later on if they're not already listed on the site. When they're perfected of course.
