Tuesday Workout: Legs & Abs

Okay, I warned you last week that I have a tendency to really work my abs. Depending on which expert fitness guru you read, the abdominals are the only muscle group that can be worked daily without any issues.

Here is my Typical Tuesday Workout:

Well folks, that is my weekly workout. Generally speaking I try to walk 3-6 miles at least 3x's a week.

    Just want to say thanks for your daily blogs on fitness. I am not exactly following the exercise but it does make me hop on the Wii and do some exercise.

    thanks for your exercises! These are ones I haven't tried yet so hoping maybe I can get rid of my stomach! In 2002 I went into severe asthma problems and they put me on very high steroid use to get my breathing under control. I went from 123 pounds to 268 in less than 30 days. I have managed to get down to 170 2 years ago and just can't get any more off. I'd be happy just to get rid of the rest of the big stomach I ended up with. Yes that's where it all went. Everyone thought I was PG and expecting any moment! Hope these work!
