White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Cookie Mix

White Chocolate chip Macadamia Nut Cookie Mix is a wonderful mix to keep on hand to throw together a fast, delicious dessert or plate of cookies to share at a gathering. Here are two different sized mixes that can be used for personal use or for gift giving!

For 1 Quart Jar You’ll Need:

1 1/4 cups white sugar
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
3 ounces coarsely chopped white chocolate
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Measure each item into layers if giving as a jar gift, cone gift, etc, or measure into a large Ziploc bag or vacuum seal bag & seal.

Recipe Tag Directions:
Combine the following until well blended:
1 Pkg Mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg slightly beaten
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Shape into walnut sized balls and place 2 inches apart on sprayed cookie sheets.
Bake at 375F degrees for 12 to 14 minutes until tops are very lightly browned.

For a Pint Jar:
1/2 c. + 2 Tbs white sugar
1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1 1/2 ounces coarsely chopped white chocolate
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Measure each item into layers if giving as a jar gift, cone gift, etc, or measure into a large ziploc bag or vacuum seal bag & seal.

(Recipe fits in a 1 Pint Jar)

Shape into walnut sized balls and place 2 inches apart on sprayed cookie sheets.

Side Notes: If you want to make the mix even less work for the recipient, use Powdered Vanillain the mix itself and omit it from the recipe tag directions. You can also use Powdered Eggs in place of the egg and alter the amount of liquid in the directions (add 2 Tbs of Water per egg).

We frequently purchase powdered eggs for use in homemade mixes so they are “instant” and require only the addition of water & butter or oil.

Alternatively, you can mix the cookie dough up, place it in the center of parchment paper and shape it into a log, then roll it tightly, wrap in saran wrap and freeze. To bake, cut the log into slices and bake at 375F for 12-14 minutes.
