Sat down and ate an apple and found some energy. Grabbed the kids and went out and dug up all the sweet potatoes and picked the tomatoes and peppers clean. got cleaned up and headed off to classes and got home. No dinner tonight so when we got home we fixed us each a plate full of fried green tomatoes. Nothing ever tasted better! Waited all summer for this treat!

We even found energy to get the dishes done and most of the laundry folded and put away. All the laundry was from the weekend where we steamed cleaned the whole house and killed fleas and then had to wash everything in the house to make sure they didn't have a hiding place. Good news! Day 3 and no one has seen a single flea! So glad our hard weekend work paid off!

Going to go take a hot bath and plan on sleeping in tomorrow! Sure hoping things slow down soon Sure glad we got the chickens all moved to their new home! Sure was fun catching them this afternoon. DD was running around and trying to catch them and I just sat down and they came to me. It wasn't long before she noticed and got the idea!

Ended up being a good day! Hard work is good for the soul!

I have a feeling you might know a thing or two about container gardening. Am I right? If you do AND if you have the time, I'd love to ask you a few questions about it, as I am hoping to do a small patio garden this spring. I am in Georgia and have a long growing season but I have never had a successful garden. I could use some help.
