Skippers Kool Aid Cake
1 cup Sugar
1 1/2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Lemon Unsweetened Drink Powder -- (or any flavor Kool-aid)
1/3 cup Shortening
In a medium bowl, Cream sugar and shortening, add flour, baking soda, salt and drink powder, blend until mixture resembles cornmeal.
Spoon about 1/3 cup mixture into each of 10 ziploc bags, Sealing bags tightly.
Store in a cool dry place. Use within 12 weeks.
Makes 10 packages Cake Mix.
1 Pkg Kool Aid Cake
4 teaspoons water
Grease and flour easy bake pan.
In a small bowl, combine cake mix and water. Stir with a fork or spoon until blended and smooth.
Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake 10-15 minutes in play oven.
makes 2 cakes.
