1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons margarine; softened
2 tablespoons peanut butter; chunky
1/2 cup brown sugar; firmly packed
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Stir well and set aside.
Cream margarine & peanut butter in a large bowl at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add sugars, beating until well blended, add vanilla, beat well. Stir in flour mixture.
Grease and flour Easy-Bake Oven baking pans.
Unwrap dough and slice into 1/4" rounds.
Place 2 round into each pan, bake until beginning to brown around edges (about 20 minutes).
Cool pans on wire rack.
