Strawberry Cheesecake

1 sugar cookie dough Recipe, prepared as directed.



Cream Cheese Filling
2 tablespoons cream cheese
2 teaspoons confectioners sugar
2 tablespoons pie filling; strawberry



Press cookie dough evenly into Easy-Bake Oven pan.



Bake in Easy-Bake Oven for 15 - 20 minutes, until golden brown.



Cool in pan on wire rack.



Cream Cheese Filling:

Mix together cream cheese and confectioners sugar.
Spread mixture on cooled cookie dough. Cover with strawberry pie filling.
