3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon cornflakes; crushed
1 tablespoon butter or margarine; softened
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 teaspoons strawberry jam
Mix together flour, cereal, butter and sugar until crumbly.
Reserve 2 tablespoons of mixture, set aside.
Press remaining mixture firmly into
Sprinkle reserved mixture over jam, press down gently.
Bake in Easy-Bake Oven for 18 minutes.
