Snowball Cookies

6 teaspoons Butter; soft
3 teaspoons confectioners sugar
1/8 teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 cup flour
dash Salt
2 tablespoons walnuts; finely chopped
confectioners sugar; for rolling
Cream butter and confectioners sugar until smooth. Add Vanilla, mixing well, the flour and salt. Add in walnuts and
mix well. Carefully shape into 1 " balls, roll in confectioners sugar. Place 3 balls in each easy bake pan, flatten slightly with a fork.
Makes 10-12 cookies
