Peanut Butter Butterscotch Brownie

2 tablespoons Butter
1/4 cube brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/3 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
1 tablespoon peanut butter
3 tablespoons mini butterscotch chips

Cream together butter & brown sugar. In a small dish mix flour and baking powder. Add it to the creamed butter/sugar mixture a little at a time, until well mixed. Add vanilla and peanut butter, mixing well. Add mini butterscotch chips.

Spread into greased Easy-Bake Oven pan.

Bake in Easy-Bake Oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
