Apple Tortillas are a fun snack that intermediate chefs can prepare in an Easy Bake oven.
2 tablespoons apple pie filling
1 8 inch flour tortillas
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 teaspoons margarine
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar; packed
1 tablespoon water
Cut tortilla to fit Easy-Bake Oven pan (turn pan upside down on tortilla and cut around edge).
Spoon fruit evenly into tortilla, sprinkle with cinnamon.
Roll up tortillas and place seam side down on lightly greased pan.
While cooking make sauce.
Combine margarine, sugars and water in pan. Heat in oven for 5 minutes, take out of oven and stir then put back in Easy-Bake Oven for 5 more minutes.
Pour sauce evenly over tortilla; sprinkle with extra cinnamon on top if desired. Bake in Easy-Bake Oven for 20 minutes.
