2 teaspoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon Sugar
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
4 teaspoons water
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
frosting; your choice
Combine all ingredients (except frosting!) in a small bowl. Stir until the batter is smooth and chocolate colored.
Pour the batter into greased and floured Easy-Bake cake pan.
Bake in Easy-Bake Oven 13 to 15 minutes or until the cake pulls away from the sides of the pan.
Remove cake from oven and cool.
