6 teaspoons butter
3 teaspoons sugar
3 teaspoons brown sugar
1 pinch salt
1/4 c flour
1/8 tsp cream of tartar
1/8 tsp baking soda
Cream together butter, sugars and salt. Add flour, cream of
tartar, and baking soda. Bake 5 minutes. Makes one dozen one-inch cookies.
