    Barbecued Pot Roast
    2 lb pot roast
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 cup tomato paste
    24 peppercorns
    1 onion, chopped

This sounds wonderful! I am always on the lookout for great crockpot recipes as the family is lost when I am not here to make dinner.

I've been trying to find a different recipe for pot roast. There's only so many times you can cook it the same way. Will be adding this to my list to try!
