      Default cabbage and kielbasa

      1 medium head of cabbage sliced thin
      1 medium onion chopped
      16 oz chicken broth
      2 Tbs. brown mustard
      16 oz kielbasa cut in 3 inch pieces
      salt , pepper and caraway seeds to taste

      spray slow cooker crock w/ Pam, add cabbage, onion, mustard, broth and seasonings to slow cooker, cook on low 6 hours add kielbasa last 2 hours and serve.
      I used Turkey kielbasa and it was delish. serve with a nice rye bread what a good dinner.

      Adding a couple of carrots, diced is good and also a can of small white beans.

      I am definitely make this and I will probably add carrots for the taste and color. We love carrots. I love cooking with my crockpot. I have used one for years. I have two of them and, at times, use them both at the same time.

      I just picked up some kielbasa today that was on sale and I really had no idea what to make with it, so thank you! I look forward to giving this one a try,

      It sounds delish! And, by using turkey it was probably very healthy.
