Thread: cabbage and kielbasa

1 medium head of cabbage sliced thin
1 medium onion chopped
16 oz chicken broth
2 Tbs. brown mustard
16 oz kielbasa cut in 3 inch pieces
salt , pepper and caraway seeds to taste

spray slow cooker crock w/ Pam, add cabbage, onion, mustard, broth and seasonings to slow cooker, cook on low 6 hours add kielbasa last 2 hours and serve.
I used Turkey kielbasa and it was delish. serve with a nice rye bread what a good dinner.
