    Star Dump and Run Chicken

    Dump and Run Chicken
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (will be shredded so use the amount of meat needed for your family)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans mushroom pieces and stems, drained
6 carrots, scraped and chopped (bite size)
Put the carrots in the bottom of the crockpot, layer the chicken, mushroom soup and carrots the rest of the way up. Add salt and pepper sparingly on each layer. You can always add more later so don't overdo it. Don't add any water or other liquid to this, the chicken breast will "add" it's own liquid. Put the lid on, turn the crockpot on low and let it cook all day or all night, at least 8 to 10 hours. The chicken will be coming apart so just pull apart any remaining big pieces when you are ready to eat and serve over either hot rice or your favorite pasta.
